4. Plan modifications and customizations as needed to optimize your results.
5. Support via email, chat, and scheduled calls. Coaches will respond to inquiries within 24 working hours.

What happens after the payment?

• Email us at support@betrufit.com, and we will connect you with your coach.
• Your coach will reach out within 24–48 hours to discuss your goals and send you an intake form.
• Complete the intake form, which provides your coach with detailed information to create a tailored plan for your success.
• Once your form is submitted, your customized program will be delivered promptly.

Terms & Conditions:

Program Policies:

• The program cannot be put on hold once it has started.
• The coaching program is non-transferable.

Refund Policy:

• Refund requests will not be accepted after the initial coach consultation and plan delivery.
• Refunds requested before the initial plan delivery will incur a 20% administrative fee and be processed within 5-7 business days.

Liability:

• Tru Fit and its coaches are not doctors or registered dietitians. The coaching program is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition.
• Tru Fit and its coaches disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program, including, but not limited to, economic loss, injury, illness, or death.
• Use of the information provided in the program is strictly at your own risk. Always consult your physician or a qualified health professional regarding your health.

Pricing and Location:

• Tru Fit offers its services at region-specific pricing. Pricing for clients in India and overseas reflects local purchasing power parity and market conditions.
• Misrepresentation of location to access reduced pricing will result in immediate termination of services without any refunds.

Chargebacks:

• Chargebacks will not be tolerated. Any chargeback attempt will result in a lifetime ban from using Tru Fit's services.

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising from participation in the program will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, India.

Acceptance of Terms:

• By making the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
